Cheat sheet shouldn't effect world load as changes only occur while in the menus unless there's an error with the menu displaying on your resolution, graphics driver etc.
I still have no idea what I'm talking about by the way. I think that's too far for it to be a version incompatibility though. Maybe disable some other enabled mods or try hero's? That's what I did.
