Gear-based Progression Progression in Cube World is gear-based. Land-bound Equipment Equipment is bound to the land where it is found with the exception of plus-gear , which is still useful in neighboring lands. Rarity Items, quests, and enemies don't have levels, but rarities which are denoted by stars and color coded from white to green to blue to purple to yellow.
